q Nursery - Montpelier Primary School

Nursery Admissions

  • Montpelier Primary School’s Nursery is open to children who are three years old by 31st August in the year in which they start Nursery.
  • It is not our policy to offer places to children younger than this. It is also not our policy to offer places to children who reach their 5th (or older) birthday on or after 1st September
  • Montpelier Primary School Nursery does not currently offer full-time places.  From September 2024, we will offer 26 full-time places and will no longer offer part-time (15 hour) places.

Nursery provision at Montpelier from September 2024:

How many places will you offer?

There will be 26 full time places.

What if I am not eligible for Extended Entitlement?

We will also offer those not eligible for Extended Entitlement the opportunity for parents/carers to pay for the additional hours over the Universal EntitlementThis parent/carer Provision comprises:

15 hours Universal Entitlement

For those not eligible for the extended entitlement there will be a cost of £35.00 per day to cover the cost of the lunch time provision and the afternoon nursery sessions.
