Whether you are new to teaching or have some previous experience, Montpelier offers a commitment to your continuing professional development.  Our senior and middle leaders provide support and challenge to help teachers and support staff to focus upon a balanced curriculum that is underpinned by high levels of achievement.

You will be encouraged to bring your own talents and shape these into skills that will strengthen your teaching and career prospects as you move through the profession.  Everybody's success is everybody's responsibility and existing staff are encouraged to play a positive role in the induction and development of those who are new to the school.
