Isle of Wight

Last Friday our children and staff returned from the Isle of Wight after an educational, active and fun four days on the south coast. Whether it was archery, aeroball, the sensory trail, Dinosaur Isle or Osborne House the children had a super experience. During the week a number of tweets were posted on the school website so that parents and carers could follow what was happening. I was fortunate enough to be able visit the Year 5 group during the week and was struck by the hard work, dedication and care shown by the staff team to make sure every child was looked after. My thanks to the parents who showed such appreciation of the staff's efforts after an exhausting but rewarding week.

Welcome back to a short but very busy half term!
